Delivery, refunds & cancellation
Delivery
Digital delivery. Sprint starts within 1 week of booking; deliverables shared live in a working session, with documents and prototype files handed over.
Refunds
Full refund if you cancel before the audit begins. Once the audit has started, we refund undelivered milestones.
Cancellations
Advisory retainers can be cancelled any time before the next billing date; coverage runs to the end of the paid month.
Support
Direct channel with your consultant, plus email for scheduling and documents.
Exceptions
No refunds for change of mind after full delivery, or for services already rendered. We may decline requests that abuse this policy.
