Policies for this product
Delivery, refunds & cancellation
Delivery
Digital delivery. Discovery within 3 business days of kickoff; first working assistant typically live within 2–3 weeks, with staged previews throughout.
Refunds
Full refund before the build begins. Once development has started, we refund the portion of work not yet completed.
Cancellations
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time in writing; service runs to the end of the paid month and no further charges are taken.
Support
Email us with your assistant's name and issue. First response within 1–2 business days.
Exceptions
No refunds for change of mind after full delivery, or for services already rendered. We may decline requests that abuse this policy.
